Product Description:
Semi - solid forming technology of magnesium alloy is a new method which combines semi - solid forming with plastic injection molding. The process is that the raw material of magnesium alloy particles enters the feed tube through the hopper, and the temperature gradually rises to above the temperature of the solid phase line through the screw rotational friction shearing and the external heater of the feed tube to prepare the semi-solid slurry. At the same time, under the push of the screw, the injection enters the mold cavity for forming.
